  • Krish Lopez - RYT500, RPYT, TCTSY-F

    Krish is a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) with extensive experience, having completed over 1,000 trainings across diverse mind-body modalities. Since 2017, Krish has been facilitating mind-body practices, steadily refining and streamlining her skills with a dedicated focus on Trauma-sensitive body-based interventions. TCTSY is an evidence-based adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and PTSD. It integrates principles from trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience, creating a supportive, predictable, and non-coercive environment for trauma survivors. Committed to continuous learning and research, Krish is dedicated to refining her expertise and offering compassionate support to trauma survivors and others she serves. She is also a registered 500-hour Yoga Alliance teacher

  • Zarine Bharda - E-RYT500, RPYT, CCA

    Zarine empowers clients full circle with Clinical Aromatherapy, fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

    As a Clinical Aromatherapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, International Yoga Instructor, First Moon Facilitator, Author, and Mom of 4; her empathetic approach allows her to provide profound wellness solutions. Zarine is very excited to be joining our team and continuing to do what she loves.

  • Nadia Seede - Osteopathic Manual Therapist Student Intern

    Nadia is an Osteopathic Manual Therapy student with extensive hands-on training in manual assessment and treatment. She has a strong interest in functional anatomy, biomechanics, and whole-body health, and focuses on identifying the root cause of pain rather than only treating symptoms.

    Her approach is gentle, precise, and individualized, using manual techniques to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. She has a particular interest in rotational movement and athletic mechanics, and is currently completing research related to movement patterns and performance.

    Nadia also has experience in holistic therapies, which has strengthened her understanding of the connection between structure, circulation, and overall well-being. She is passionate about continuing her education and helping people move better, feel better, and return to their daily activities with less pain and more confidence.


  • Lucas Iredale - RMT/Reiki/Clinic Manager

    Lucas has a background in Health and Safety as well as Ergonomics. Lucas attended and graduated from Medix College of Healthcare on two different occasions from the Professional Fitness Consultant course, which he enjoyed helping others through Personal Training, however felt that he was missing something so returned to add Registered Massage Therapist to his scope of practice. Lucas is also a Reiki Practitioner. In his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends, and enjoys throwing axes, and knives.

  • Elinam Afidenyo - BScN, RN

    Elinam (Eli), is a registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a real passion for health and wellness. She is passionate about staying active be it through sports, going to the gym, she is always interested in trying new fitness classes. She is very excited to take on a new role with Active Body Lab, as their IV Infusion Nurse. She loves being able to combine her love for health and wellness with her nursing skills and clinical background. She cant wait to help all her clients feel their best from the inside out.

  • Don Di Giuseppe - General Manager

    Don has been in the Health and Wellness field for over 30 years. He graduated from Fanshawe College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health as well as a Diploma from D’Arcy Lane Institute for Massage Therapy. Don has taken on many roles from being an Educator of Massage Therapy and a Regional Clinical Manager for a Major Fitness facility. He is currently sitting on the Program Advisory Committee for the Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College. Don’s passion is to ensure that his clients are able to achieve full function in their activities of daily living. Being proactive rather than reactive. When not working, Don enjoys kayaking, soccer, golf, the outdoors, and reading a great book!
